I had a nice relaxing stay after bringing in the new year

When I paid for the night online, I was not told that they would charge an additional $75 for having my 2 small dogs. He ended up charging me an extra $35 because I signed up for the reward program. In addition, the room was not extremely clean. I'm not even mentioning that the desk clerk was asking what I thought I would have to pay extra for the dogs instead of just telling me. This is not the kind of interaction I want when I'm exhausted after a long day.

I made the reservation because it was listed as "Pet Friendly". When I checked in I was told the price for a pet was $75 per day additional. To me that is not pet friendly. Also, the room was dusty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

I stayed for almost 2 weeks. The hotel was very clean and appeared recently renovated. As an extended stay customer, I was glad to have a large fridge, 2 burner stove, and a few pots and pans with utensils to cook 3 meals a day. Maid service is once a week, with free laundry complete with newer machines. Price is very reasonable commensurate with provided services.

The room we had was set up for single occupancy although had a queen bed. The room had excellent amenities. Was only lighting on one side of bed so difficult to read in bed. Bed wasn’t real comfortable but desk advised us will be replaced when renovations which are in progress are done.

Walking distance to several restaurants. Clean and quiet. Has apartment like amenities.

Room was clean with a full kitchen and a comfortable bed.

Furniture was dirty and needs to be replaced. The room smelled terrible. Found a trash can in a cabinet full of kitchen waste that hadn’t been emptied and had been there for several days.

Excellent stay.
