Hyatt Vacation Club at The Lodges at Timber Ridge, Branson

It was a pleasant surprise to find that we had two large bedrooms with individual bathrooms for each room. The overall facility was grand enjoyed the large living and dining area and kitchen. Enjoy the large balcony.

The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff making me feel extremely welcomed and informational. Checking in was the easy part. The rooms were cleaned with detail the towels were nicely sorted all the drink items such as coffee creamer salt and pepper was nicely presentable. The bedding pillows and sheets was really clean. Very comfortable made me feel at home. The rooms were really strong on soundproof and the sliding glass door to the patio was a great idea to be able to enjoy a little fresh air and still be private away from everyone else.

When checking in all the paperwork that comes with you needs to have a packet because it was so many papers that I would drop one or another and became frustrating especially with walking to the room with your hands with luggage , trying to catch everything after a rain was not pretty. The papers got wet and I dropped my card access and had to clean it to use it The room that I paid for and had reserved I specifically read that it had a fireplace this one did not. It was a pinnacle of why I chose to come. I did not call or complain I just accepted what I had the room was very nice and so was the experience overall. So I brush that off, I never did talk to anyone about it because I'm not picky as a person. It was never a complete detail of information where my room would be I just knew it was on the second floor so I had to walk from one end to the other to find it. There's no number to signs to assist in that. The concrete steps in the dark the last step is not visible before you hit flat ground twice I had missed and I'm not a disabled or have any age or health related with my balance but that can be a issue for someone in the future because it's dark and you cannot judge exactly where it is you have to just try your best. Hopefully this is taken as constructive advice and not complaining it would help others when they come if some of these can be for all of these can be addressed to make it a little bit better. Handicapped people were taking normal parking spots and moving their cars in an angle where you could not park next to him was another situation but that is not exactly your control but to be able to have accessible parking for them even when it's full is what they told me. I would recommend this to anyone because overall it was an amazing experience I've been to a lot of hotels condos resorts in this one is definitely on my top three.

For what you’re paying, it’s not quite right for the price. Hilton and Marriott Resort are close to the same and far nicer. But overall nice quiet, comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay! I didn't book enough nights with my original reservation and Ashlynn at the front desk was exceptional at getting things straightened out for me with the rooms being booked to capacity. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Thumbs up!

Excellent

We stayed a week in a large one bedroom. Checking in was very easy and staff were super friendly. They were able to put us on a top floor which was nice to have a view. Room was decorated very nicely with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool and hot tub area was closed for renovations and that was disappointing. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the location is close to all the activities in Branson.

The condo was excellent. Staff was nice. Parking was good but the whole time we were there the Wi-Fi was out we kept getting excuses that’s why it was not fixed. Sales pitch was pretty good. Just wanted too much money to start the program all in all I give this a three because of the rain and no Wi-Fi rained the whole time we were there lol enjoyed Branson though.

I had a great experience at the Hyatt Lodge in Branson. Staff and communication about the pools being under renovation was excellent. The Villa I choose was beyond my expectation, very clean and provided all of the supplies needed for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Branson.

Fully equipped kitchen, very clean. Best shower ever! We wish we had known it was under construction, we were excited to enjoy the hot tub, but couldn’t. The air conditioning unit often made a loud, annoying noise in the ceiling, which woke us up several times. Also, you can hear the people in the room next to yours if you’re in the kitchen, because of the adjoining doors. We actually had to switch rooms because of how loud they were. They did that for us with grace and apologies, so we appreciated knowing the staff truly cares about guest comfort. Overall, we would stay here again, but call first to make sure all amenities are working and available because it was an expensive stay. We did alert the front desk about the HVAC noise in the ceiling. Hopefully they fix it so it doesn’t bother the next guest. Loved the lattes and freshly brewed coffee every morning, which we enjoyed on our large beautiful balcony.

Two couples traveling one in a wheelchair, even though it was not an accessible room we had a two bedroom villa. We found it to be very accessible. We purchased a shower chair. There is plenty enough room in the walk-in shower would’ve liked the toilets to have been taller they weren’t even up to our knees and the beds to be firmer . We found the beds to be very uncomfortable and soft well used … we completely enjoyed our stay love the area and we would be back.
