Our Villa was lovely

It was very close to all of the main attractions

Cleaning was only offered one day during our stay instead of every day.

Room was spacious and clean

Maintenence kept banging on my door after I informed the not to disturb.

We liked the fact that the rooms were some distance away from the Branson strip and that it was quiet. These are Timeshare units that are rented out for short stays with a kitchenette and washer and dryer along with a small balcony.

We didn't like the cramped parking spaces when we came back at night. Often, we had to park at a distance to find room for our Silverado 2500 truck. The area is quite dark at night as well.

We again, overall, enjoyed our stay at this location; as we have for the last several years (see previous TA reviews). Our room (a studio one-bedroom, top floor corner in Honeysuckle) was once again clean, comfortable and well-maintained (a thank-you to Amanda, for providing a great "refresh" for each of our 4 weeks). As usual, the staff overall, were friendly and accommodating. We did take-away one star this year, do to what we thought was going to be an upgrade, actually turning into what we considered a bit of a downgrade; 1/2 way through our stay. After installing new TVs, in all the units; we found that we had lost more than 1/2 of all the cable channels offered for years. All the commercial- free HBO channels were eliminated, both Branson visitor channels were gone; as were Newsnation, GRIT, RFD, etc., etc. We don't come to Branson each year primarily to watch television; but when we do watch, it was nice having a wider selection from which to choose. This supposed "upgrade" was like being given a new vehicle to drive; but then not allowed to go to more than 1/2 the locations, one could once attend. When we called the front-desk about the situation, the staff person said she was unaware of the change; but would have someone get back to us about it. Noone ever did. Again, this was not a major issue; just a minor annoyance. And certainly not a reason for us not to plan a return here, for next year's trip to Branson/Ozarks.

Excellent staff and Fantastic service. Beautiful grounds. Absolutely loved the Escape Room!! Was a wonderful room and really enjoyed our stay.
