Didn't get a chance to tour other units without sign up for 1.5 hrs

The location is perfect. Secluded but close enough to all of the attractions.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. But I really don’t understand why this is rated so high. Not much of a view. Pools under renovation (for like 2 years???). Really nothing special about it. Sorry.

Clean. Nice kitchen.

Bed sloped towards the headboard. Only one 16” towel rack in bathroom and it was in the shower so the towels would get wet if you hung them there. No place else to hang towels. Fortunately there were only two of us staying there. Bottom rail on rocker on deck was about ready to fall off. Could be dangerous. These matters were addressed with the management.

The room was beautiful comfortable and clean.

Pool is not open till the fall! Stove broke while we were in the middle of cooking. Maintenance said the outside grill worked and it did not.

I chose this location for a November stay based on the advertised indoor pool complex. I booked short-notice, so my booking was non-reundable. After I booked it, I received an email stating the pool was closed. I immediately called (twice) to confirm and was told the pool WAS open and would be available from 9AM to 10PM. When I arrived, I was told the pool was closed. I had three very disappointed children! Needless to say, I was stuck with an over-priced room and had to go spend more money elsewhere to entertain them. Disappointed in The Lodges at Timber Ridge and in Booking.com.
