BRMy husband and I visited the Fort Worth area for the first time in April for an event. I was not familiar with the area and had a ton of questions. I called the hotel a few times and visited with Hyllary. She is AMAZING! She was very patient, helpful, answered all of my questions and was awesome. I looked forward to meeting her when we checked. She made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, extremely clean and well-kept. We were in the top floor which was great facing the street. The exercise room had nice equipment and was great to go to in the morning time. The breakfast was outstanding. There was so much to choose from! The employees that helped with the breakfast were very nice. The owner/general manager is wonderful! We saw him every day at breakfast- he asked how our visit was. We also saw him at various times throughout our stay. All of the employees were helpful and kind. I definitely recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Fort Worth! 10/10! Outstanding . We will be back! Thank you!

We didn’t have Hot water for the 3 days we stayed, had cold showers for every day. The stockyards shuttle bus is advertised as still available on booking.com, but not functioning at the hotel. Staff notified us it was on their website. But we booked through booking.com Aircon doesn’t work In the gym, very hot. Unable to use Bad smell in the room
