The room was outdated
GBWe have stayed at this hotel before it is well located for 6th street & congress bridge and you can pretty much walk to most places , the breakfast was good and had great choices that changed daily The room was spacious & clean

USWe received friendly and excellent customer service from every employee at the hotel (front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast service). The hotel lobby and our room were immaculate. Thank you for the friendliness...it made our stay extra special.

Bed hard, lighting in room tucked. Plug ins where all lose for plugging electronics into, toilet did not flush correctly. Water pressure sucked. Floor was very dirty. Security not good parking sucked for having to pay for parking

The change of price on parking per day. My app sent a message about parking being $19 a night. Upon arrival I got charged $30 per night for parking. Before booking it showed they had a heated pool, and when asked they said their pool wasn’t heated.

All three coffee pots didn't work, the jacuzzi didn't work, the carpet was stained all over.
