USWe absolutely love this hotel. I refuse to stay anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The beds are comfortable pillows are fluffy. Rooms are clean enough towels.
USI stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Worth Downtown for 4 nights. I arrived by 12pm, the front desk staff, Emmanuel, arranged a room to be cleaned first for me, and I checked in earlier. I was grateful for his help! I was given a room facing the rear side of the hotel which is quieter than those front facing rooms. My room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was basic and sufficient. The staff, one of them is Vanessa, serving breafast was friendly and helpful- they greeted the guests with smile, cleaned the emptied plates for the guests. All was good except that it is not at a convenient location- there are no restautrants or convenient shops nearby. The hotel has a small pantry if you need anything in the last minute. Keep in mind that the closet bus stop is 10-minute walking distance away. The hotel has limited free shuttle service for 2-mile radious at morning and afternoon rush hours and you have to book it a day before. I took the shuttle bus to the Water Garden, walked through the Mian street, then connected to the Orange bus line to Stockyard. I used "GoPass" app to plan my route, buy a day pass for $4. The app was helpful for getting around and guiding me back to the hotel by buses!
