"Located in a great area, very clean, friendly staff, and the breakfast wasn't too bad."

It was located in a safe area convenient to the expressway. It was clean. The breakfast was good, even though the pancake machine kept having to be worked on by the staff. The staff were great at breakfast.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The wife and I kept rolling into each other in the middle of the bed. The middle had a huge dip in it.

Conveniently located to the home we were moving into. Indoor oool and jacuzzi

Staff- front desk and GM After staying a week and had a reservation for another 10 days. We were asked to change rooms. No explanation why, we refused and then they told us regardless you will have to move in a few days. From 1st floor to top floor with our dogs and all our things . After our week stay we were asked to leave hotel due to what they say the condition of the room, I am a gold elite member and would never leave a room in any condition that would cause that reaction. I truly believe it was due to them needing our room for someone else or a higher rate. But that’s not the reason for this negative review it’s how it was handled by the front desk, and GM. The front desk had no concrete evidence of room neglect and the GM wasn’t there and wouldn’t be back for a couple of days . She used a speaker phone at front desk to ask us to leave in front of other guests. She also had only the word of housekeeping from the previous day. Long story short this is a Marriott problem not a booking.vom problem . I only booked through a third party for 1 night due to paying the rest was through their website and this review will be on there as well. There are better ways to handle these situation and the customer service and leadership at that hotel need to be reviewed by upper management.
