Great place to stay rooms are super clean and beds very comfortable five stars

This staff is truly a joy!

It was a very nice, clean, comfortable room.

I thought it was over-priced but all the others there were similarly priced.

There was hair all over the room. Hair under the pillows, hair on the floor, hair in the shower, hair in the blankets. Not just little fuzzy hairs but long dark hair. The tile floor left a slimy feeling on feet and showed out shoes foot prints. Whatever the cleaning solution is for the floor is not working well enough.

We stayed one night on our way further south. The hotel is newly renovated, the lobby is warm and welcoming as is the attentive staff. Our room was nicely decorated with plenty of space and beautifully clean. Wall mounted Dove products were a nice touch, much better than the containers hotels sometimes refill. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with something for everyone. The food stations - again- clean and well maintained. The small on-site fitness was perfectly adequate for workouts but as travelers, we didn’t use it. This is one of 4 hotels in this little “hotel park” area- all within walking distance of each other and several restaurants. We stayed at Hampton across the street last spring. It was disappointing to put it mildly. We will definitely come back the next time we travel to Florida!
