Badian Island Wellness Resort

Very spacious, well-maintained, comfortable territory! - very responsive staff - delicious and varied food (Chinese New Year period!) - beautiful beach - variety of activities!! - a very colorful village outside the resort: we went there twice

We stayed 5 nights in villa 53 with a pool and sea view: 1. old furniture was partially malfunctioning (cabinet doors) 2. ceramic tiles on the walls in the shower were damaged 3. noisy air conditioner with no way to regulate it: intense lighting from it at night from the built-in control unit: red light!! 4. not enough hot water for taking a bath: it is enough to fill the bath to 1/4 of the required water level ;((

It was peaceful and friendly staff.

The suite was far from the beach. The pool was only til 5pm.

La struttura è vecchia ,pochi servizi , ci hanno fatto pagare anche il latte per il bambino e non c era buffet a colazione tranne il primo giorno motivato dal fatto che gli ospiti erano pochi. Non aspettatevi un hotel a 5 stelle e neanche da 4, tranne che per i prezzi che in alcuni casi risultavano sproporzionati.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Badian Island Wellness Resort. I inquired about wedding rates on February 7 and was clearly told I would receive a partial quote either that same day or the next day. Unfortunately, I received no update, no explanation, and no courtesy message. After several follow-ups on my end, the tentative quote finally arrived on February 14 — a full week later. What was most concerning was the lack of communication. My WhatsApp messages were ignored, and my calls were not returned. If the resort is not accepting weddings or events, it would be far more professional to communicate that clearly rather than leaving potential clients waiting and repeatedly following up. Customer service plays a major role when selecting a wedding venue. If initial inquiries are handled this way, it raises serious concerns about event coordination and reliability. I sincerely hope the owner sees this, because due to this experience, the resort has lost approximately 350k in wedding business. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone planning a wedding or special event.
