Hotel Airport International

Convenient location and good prices but there was so much corridor noise during the night I got no sleep at all. I even tried my noise cancelling headphones to mute the crashing, banging and loud voices through the night - it didn't work.

Check in was good, staff was friendly. Elevator makes squeaking noise outside of room.

Arrived from South Africa early hours of morning. Staff was ready and assisted us. The sevice was excellent and also perfect location close to both the airports. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nice Staff are always ready to jump in to help with each and every questions with various answers and recommend us to go for the best. Hotel room Was clean and tidy. Service was good. Airport location is good and close to airport and local rail station. Price is not too expensive. stayed second time and can’t complain about anything so far.

Only benefit is proximity to Domestic Airport... Otherwise it lacks the class it should have... Its lift is scary and can fall anytime.. Breakfast is okay okay only... Not much variety... Rooms are big, but doesn't have standard housekeeping material

My sister and me wanted to stay for the night before a flight next morning. The worst and most scary part was , we got stuck in the lift. The lift doors open between two floors and eventually had to recused from the mid opening. My sister had an injured leg. It was dangerous and unsafe. After reaching the front desk, the man who was rude and disrespectful said , its an electronic item, so they cant do anything about it. Since I questioned him and asked for bill for the food. He started shouting at me and some men escorted us out. - The second nightmare : One of the man climbed with us in auto( which we took go to the airport). He gave us wrong information that NO AUTO ARE ALLOWED IN THE NEW TERMINAL.He asked the auto driver to stop and dropped us in the middle of the rain.He said take the taxi which would asking us 300 RS. We eventually took a different auto and reached the airport. This how 2 women , one with injured leg was treated. I stayed in mumbai for long time and always felt safe to travel to it. This was the first time I had such experience. Apart from this here are less bad bits: - The room smelt of cigarette - We could here noises from the room next to us. - the breakfast was supposed to be at 7:00 AM, we went down at 7:30 AM. The light were not even put on and the breakfast was not ready.We asked someone to switch on the lights and they behaved as if we had no right to ask for it.

Hotel airport international very near to Mumbai domestic airport..good stay..clean room, professional stuff..need more planning for fire safety exit..monotonuous complementary breakfast..need change and add attractive dishes

I had a package sent to the hotel and asked them to hold it for me until I arrived. They were very attentive to my request. They kept me informed of the package’s arrival and continued to hold the package even after my arrival flight was delayed. I missed my reservation date, due to inclement weather and airport runway closure. I had to spend two unplanned nights in Dubai. I arrived 2 days late and my package was still waiting for me. Excellent above and beyond ordinary customer service. Shout out to Jacy who kept me informed and my package safe!

The room was small (just that one single bed) but clean. There was a large mirror on one wall which made the room look larger than it was. The bed was comfortable, the linen clean. The AC worked well. The settop box was not functioning, but it was promptly replaced. There was sufficient light in the room. One sofa chair, a small table, two bedside tables and a few shelves provided just about space to eat on, and to stack your luggage on. There was no tissue paper in the washroom, not even a toilet paper holder. Hot water was sporadic - it was there the evening I checked in, but not available next day morning. I asked for a hair dryer, but it did not turn up. There was no tea-coffee maker in the room. A small bottle of shampoo and one of moisturizer made up for the toiletries. The towel was frayed but clean. The food was good, but pricey. Rs 350 for a Palak Paneer. Service was good, but required couple of follow-ups. Front desk were very efficient, but surly and unsmiling. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. This is a very functional hotel, good for one night.
