Hotel Airport International

Unfriendly reception and staff, reminding you constantly that you are staying at a cheap hotel. Nastily bathrooms makes you wonder why you are even staying at this place.

Great and affordable close to the airport. Breakfast is good. Internet is slow and that was the only negative

This was the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel and for the 3rd time, they gave us a different room than was booked. Because we arrive in after a late night flight, they say there are no other rooms available. They deliberately give you a lesser grade room with wrong bedding configuration. I won’t be staying here again.

Ideal for overnight stop when making connecting flights. Breakfast was OK and dinner food and pricing fine. Shuttle to international terminal readily available. Would use again.

Nice hotel for one night stay . Comfortable room . Good size . Hotel reception staff very very poor boarding on rudeness. Which is not good after along flight Called room 3 times to see when we were checking out . This was well before chech out time at 12 . Breakfast 🍳 utter chaos . Would I stay again very unlikely !!

Hotel room flooring was hurtful, several gaps between hardwood flooring. Shower area door was not getting closed, so water spread in rest of the area in bathroom. Only 2 towels were given, we travelled with 2 kids, it was unmanageable. There were mosquitoes in the room. My 3 year old started shouting let’s get out of here quickly, there are many mosquitoes. I wished I would have heard him, but it was too late in night. They don’t have luggage cart, it was nightmare to get the stuff into my room. I called these guys several time and even before a day prior to my travel to send a big car to airport as I was traveling with family and lot of luggage. They did not send the car even. When I called from airport, they send a small car after 30 minutes, in which luggage were not getting in. We waited in parking lot for another 20 minutes for another car. When I complained about it at the reception, the guy was not even apologizing but he was raising his voice and saying that you should have sent an email for pick up. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially it you are with family don’t go even it’s free. It is detrimental for hotels.com to have such hotel listed on their site that too with $60-65 range. It should not worth more than $25-30 per night. I used to trust hotels.com blindly, now this will not happen. I felt as if I was cheated, you are losing the trust which I had in you.

Completely fine for an airport overnight, not at all fancy. Fine enough breakfast, but not as extensive as most of the spreads we have witnessed in 3 weeks of Indian hotels.

It lacks few facilities like the use of slippers by the guest, we asked for the dental kit, shaving kit and then only they issued. These should be automatically issued. When asked for slippers, the reply was we don't issue slippers for the guest.
