Courtyard by Marriott Chino Hills

no amenities and we were completely unaware the entire hotel is being renovated, sheets were not clean, room fridge was broken and desk was dirty and covered with stains. And yes, the hotel construction was very noisy throughout the stay.

The property was under construction and I was not notified before my stay, so when I got there the lobby was taken apart all they had was a desk and table. They told us that the pool, gym are not in use and there is no breakfast as well, the workers started at 8am-5:30pm and most of it was under the room I was in. This was so unexpected and the property said that they would not refund or discount anything. I will not be staying there ever again and will not be using Expedia because they also did nothing afford me $50 credit on the website, unfortunately that does not help the situation now and for what I paid to stay at this location they should be doing something.

Not good

Property was being remodeled and under construction, My first room was filthy, trash in the nightstands, pubic hair on the shower wall, and ants in the room (on the bed, walls, and desks)

Carpet in my room was spotted in three places. Not enough toiletries for two people had to request them from the office no shower curtain and after a month, it’s still under construction.

Under construction wasn't told when booking. No lobby & keys didn't work.
