Para el desayuno no habia espacio, muy lenta la cocina, y el desayuno feo, la piscina congelada en un lugar caliente

A nivel de estancia - hotel la experiencia fue buena. La habitación si tenía lo necesario para nuestra estancia, es prácticamente igual a como se muestra en las fotos.

El servicio al cliente fue muy regular. La persona que estaba encargada de los desayunos no estaba capacitada para ofrecer solución a los clientes, su primera respuesta ante todo era no. La comunicación no fue adecuada a la hora de brindar los horarios para el desayuno y mientras estuvimos ahí, varias personas tuvieron que pelear porque les sirvieran su desayuno. A mi criterio personal, es época alta y el hotel no contaba con el personal suficiente para atender a todas las personas que nos hospedamos.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and within walking distance of two beaches and a couple of sodas, making the location excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with a bunk bed: whilst modest, it was well sized and served our purpose very well. The pool area was nice and the Wifi was excellent across the whole hotel area. The breakfast options were also good. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to get a bit of local exposure, whilst being able to drive to Playa Flamingo or enjoy nearby activities.

The road near the hotel can be noisy at rush hour. Additionally, the room did not have the best noise proof as some of the window panes were plastic shutters and let the outside noise (voices from other houses, the street and the early morning wildlife) through. It would also be great to have a place for drying swim wear.

Comfortable units, not too many of them. Grounds were very well kept and pretty.

Could hear the people in the next unit to us talking. Walls could use some color or artwork.

The staff were lovely, the outdoor eating area was great. Loved the pool table and the pizza oven. The middle area/ shared space was so nice to have. Proximity to the beaches was great. The town had a slower pace - just what we needed!

Nothing to add here - it was great!

I love the 2 cats there. It made the trip for me.

Wifi was meh. And for a place like that its kinda overpriced. Although it was the holidays so...
