Las instalaciones muy antiguas, en el momento de reserva pensé que era una villa cuando llegamos lo que era una habitación con una cama grande y la cama pequeña muy pequeña

This is a lovely property with great common space, pool, and food area. The staff were really lovely and friendly. The location was ok, not very central but ok distance from the main town and from a beach. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The location wasn't very central, was a 20 min walk to the main town.

"Happy Stay"

Bahia Esmeralda has a quite and convenient location and is only 5 minutes walk to Playa Potrero, easy to access. The property is gated so provides safety and some privacy. The two separate rooms in family standard suite gave us sufficient space for our family of 4. The room is clean, quite, beddings are very comfortable. Staff are very responsive to our questions and help us in selection/booking of activities. Knowing we would miss breakfast for our morning Catamaran tour, they prepared a snack box for us to take - very thoughtful and helpful!

Place was great, nice pool area, great king bed, nice big bathroom!

Included breakfast was okay, but very little, and didn't include a juice and fruits, whatever choice you'd have. Would be great, being in CR, to have the juice and fruits included with any of the breakfast choice.

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, buena ubicación y precio. El personal fue amable. El lugar era tranquilo.

La conexión del wifi era intermitente. El cable de nuestra habitación no recibía bien la señal, la mitad de los canales no funcionaban y los que funcionaban se pegaban. Las sillas de las piscinas no eran cómodas.

El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones variadas con camas cómodas y muy limpio, la piscina muy agradable y todas las instalaciones y zonas verdes en general muy bien cuidadas

Deben mejorar por mucho el servicio al cliente El trato no es el mejor o por lo menos para mí y para mi grupo de 14 personas no fue la mejor experiencia Las porciones del desayuno son muy pequeñas en relación al precio, y según la apreciación de todos los del grupo
