"Absolute gem of a hotel very affordability priced"

Lovely hotel of separate casitas surrounding a pool. Clean, extremely comfortable bed, howler monkeys in the trees behind us that you could hear and see at different times. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night because we didn’t want to venture out in a thunderstorm and the food was great. Walkable to the beach and from town but a bit far from town if you don’t have a car. The hotel did provide a great taxi driver when needed.

A bit far from town, and hard to walk on the road. The best way to get most places was to walk on the beach. Town beach was dark sand and fine but not one of my favorites, but a beautiful beach was just a 15 minute walk away.
