Comfort Inn & Suites Near Lake Guntersville

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome. So much to choose from. The fitness room was just what the pictures depicted it to be. The room itself was great. The bed was comfortable, but a little too firm for me. The water pressure in the shower was a little slower than I would have expected for that size of a hotel, but it did the job. Overall, it was a great stay. I would recommend it to others.

The occupants in the next room had their television up a little to loud for me. But not enough for me to complain to the front desk about.

From 6AM we were woke up by an alarm in the room that had no off button. And we couldn't reach anybody at the front desk to help until an hour later. The pillows were not comfortable at all. The shower made a massive puddle in the center of the bathroom. Being given the wheelchair accessible room was a bit strange as well.

Great facilities. Pool was very inviting plus the gazebo area.

They shocked the pool about 4:30 on Sunday. Can't see why they couldn't do that after the pool closed. Very disappointing.

Esther at the front desk was amazing, and so kind, and gave us tips on our stay. She was a delight

I booked through booking.com was very expensive more then what I payed when I hired a room as month before. Reason I did this is because the Comfort Inn holiness quoted me a price of $224 a night. I found out later the number I called for Comfort inn and Suites in Guntersville was a scam number. I hope someone will from your group finds out about this number and fix them
