Hard to get/return towels, pool in poor condition, sometimes had no hot water in the room to shower.

Very nice hotel everyone is very friendly swimming pools is great definitely recommended.

It's nice and close to downtown, to amenities and alll.

Great staff, property looks awesome and very clean the only thing I didn’t like , rooms where a little old, need upgrade or remodel

I really enjoyed the fact that l was able to enjoy myself in the pool while my children enjoyed the kids pool slides!

Colima city is not a hot touristic destination, therefore you can stay at hotels like this beauty for the same rates that you’ll pay for a “whole in the wall” at popular destinations. There are only two or three decent hotels in this city but my favorite is the María Isabel since is in a very quiet location but is more of a must-have-vehicle hotel. The room was unnecessarily spacious (never a bad thing). The only slightly annoying moment was in the shower since the curtain belows in, causing you to have it open or pushing it outside the tub and therefore causing a splash. Other than that -PERFECT.

I only booked this hotel on the day of arrival and wanted to stay elsewhere but they didn’t have availability. Check in was fine, a little slow. It’s a big resort with lots of pool space, great for kids. My room was fine, a little dated. Great air conditioning. The shower was nice and powerful. Had a wander round the local area where there’s plenty to eat etc. In the morning I was woken by a fitness class going on in the gym at 7am which was loud. I didn’t use any of the facilities, left mid morning.

Every time I visit family in Colima, I stay at this hotel. I love the renovations they have done to the general areas, but it's time to do upgrades in the rooms. The rooms seem very outdated and have that "old room" smell. We saw two cockroaches during our stay. The food at the restaurant was okay.
