Good rooms, the staff Is great, the pool Is good, the food in the restaurant Is very good

Great place to relax. Awesome area away from noise.

The property was very nice and the pool area was beautiful. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. The room was a bit lacking. We had upgraded an executive room however the couch was in bad condition and we couldnt sit on it. We had no hot water, no safe, no coffee pot in the room and no mini refridgerator. Dont let them put you in a room in the 500's because we were right on the busy blvd. and very noisy. Good place for families with kids, but dont think we will return.

Great hotel, great service! Very kind and humble room keepers and front desk staff! Only thing I would suggest is the rooms are missing a microwave and a mini fridge, would be good if they included them!

I had some issues with a person smoking in the property. The smoke went into our room. Unfortunately not everyone follows the rules. They moved us to another room. I had to leave on Friday, March 20 earlier than expected. what can I do? I have 4 days paid.

It was okay until we checked out. They overcharged us. I asked for an explanation and they said becausewe asked for an upgrade and they told me the upgrade price,whichis right, I pointed out she had just admitted a price that was different to what was on my checkout invoice and that is what i was contesting the extra price, she said because son was 15 so even though it was a room for 4 people, they could charge me more. When asked why she didn't tell us this at the beginning during check in she said: "i dont have to tell you that information". She then went on to blame who we used as a 3rd party booking because we didn't book directly with them. When I said we used Hotels.com she said the price for a 15 year old would be different there too. I told her No because we enter the kids ages when we do booking and there was no price change. Even when she admitted to giving me a price and then admitting that she didn't have to tell me of the extra charge she said she was right. My recommendation, pay in advance your booking, I usually do this, but this time I did the pay at the hotel. Because of this, it makes it easier for them to scam you by changing the price.

Family vacation. Rooms were nice and clean. Beads were comfortable and in a nice area. Will stay here again.

The staff was amazing, the pool is great, and the gym in phenomenal. However, on our 3rd day we killed multiple roaches in our room, which is unacceptable. The staff was nice enough to provide us with a new room. And there were no incidents or roach sightings after that. Hotels.com was not helpful in resolving the issue or providing help with the solution.
