My room was very clean and large, all three pool were great and the customer service was incredible I will recommend this place to all my friends. Only thing I wish was that there would be a mini fridge for medication and cold drinks.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Such a cute friendly hotel in town of Colima. Excellent for kids and family food is amazing. Stuff is so friendly and always willing to help you If you need something! Definitely when I go back to Colima we are staying there.

I have family living in Colima and we went to visit them for a family gathering. It was my first time visiting this hotel and I have to say it was one of the worst experience ever at a hotel. The first day we got there once we got to our room, there was no hot water. The said it would be fixed within ten minutes and 1 hour after there was still no hot water. The security staff by the pool was the most unfriendliest people of all. We were told that under no circumstances there is food allowed in the tables by the pool (which I understand) however, the way we were approached was not the correr way. Lastly, the staff at the front desk were also not the friendliest of all. Per haps it was due to the fact there were so many people checking in and out (it seemed there was a national sporting event near by there were bus loads off people arriving at the same time). I’m a proud Mexican and I have to say the way I was disappointed of how people from other parts of the world would get treated at this hotel. I would NEVER come back to this place as there are more newer, less expensive and hopefully more friendliest, hotels nearby. I strongly suggest to the staff of this hotel to do more efforts on maintaining great customer service.

All the amenities were very good staff very friendly, the food was excellent.
