I rented a suite so it was nice

The reception staff were uncooperative and often responded with frowns and impatience. Only one person at the front desk spoke English, and despite having many staff members, guests had to communicate in person using translation apps. The hotel’s location is far from the city’s main attractions and not ideal for tourists visiting Beijing. The nearest metro station is about a 20-minute walk away. There is a shopping mall across from the hotel with a large food court and supermarket that can meet basic needs. The hotel rooms are spacious and modern, with high-quality mattresses, pillows, and bathrooms. The breakfast area is very small, and during my four-day stay, I had to wait for a table or share one with others. Western breakfast options were limited, with a focus on Eastern-style dishes.

The room is very cold, I asked for a heater and they don’t have any. The heaters are off at all the hotel including the lobby and breakfast area. When I asked reception they said heaters are off at all Beijing. I don’t know if it is a general situation or not but I hated that.

I stayed at Wanda Realm Beijing with my spouse from March 24 to 27, booked through the Dalahoo travel agency. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. • Cleanliness Issues: The hotel was dirty. During the daily housekeeping, the cleaner left a large clump of hair in the toilet. The dirty cups were not replaced, and the carpets were extremely filthy. The lobby restroom had no toilet paper. • Poor Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was incomplete, tables were dirty, and the dining area was outdated and unclean. • Old and Malfunctioning Facilities: The hotel’s furniture and equipment were old and poorly maintained. The room lighting was inadequate, making it feel dark and uncomfortable. • Limited Pool Hours: The swimming pool was only open from 6 AM to 10 AM, which was very inconvenient. • Bad Location & Service: The hotel is far from the main attractions in Beijing. Additionally, the reception phone was constantly busy, making it difficult to get assistance. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it.

breakfast experience terrible. too full, no timely cleanup, empty food not refilled a little bit too far away from downtown for us

Tooooooo far to get to downtown, everything is so fine but the breakfast is very bad, there is no indian food in the breakfast, i want to eat some butter chicken but they say they dont have. inside the room is pretty well, my son love the hotel, is very friendly to foreign traveler, but still need to improve the support for our indian people, and support for lgbtq group, when my son talk with that guy in the check in area about he loves him, because that guy is handsome, but the guy said "i'm not gay" that hurt my son so much, he still remeber that handsome little boy, so he want me to write this comment after 1 year.
