"Comfortable stay, friendly staff"

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my room! Plenty of lights and power outlets available. The bathroom is spacious and includes a nice walk-in shower. Very comfortable bed as well. The air conditioning may be a bit warm by Western standards but the hotel might be under some regulations since businesses in this province all don't get very cold. The breakfast line-up is a bit limited but you have a mix of Western breads and cereals, fruits, with Asian foods like congee. There is a nice mall with plenty of shops and restaurants right across the street.

The hotel a little far from city center, but there is access to every part with Metro. There are shopping center and very good Chinese restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staffs were so polite and helpful. The room was so clean and had nice view to the north of city.

"Exceptional"

We stayed for two weeks November 2023 and we stayed in the executive suite and it was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet and the service was amazing! If you plan to stay for more than a few days i highly recommend the executive suite (worth it). There is a lounge with complimentary breakfast, snacks/dessert and coffee. It was really comfortable.

The staff, and specifically Yori Deng was very helpful. She went out of her way to assist, even though she could not speak English. All the staff are friendly and very helpful, and goes out of their way to assist.

Excellent Hotel with a nice Swimmingpool. Food was very good, Roomservice was fantastic and very friendly. The people on the front desk a very educated and also very friendly. Especially Katrina Liang. And nevertheless the Concierge are very professionell and helpfull.
