Buon hotel, ampio buffet per colazione e cena. Comodo con la metro, fermata babaosh, linea 1, senza cambi fino a tienamen, wangfujin, etc. Carrefour e wanda centro commerciale a 20 metri. Prezzo un pò sopra la media ma comunque adeguato alla qualità.

Well...I have stayed there 2 or 3 times. It is quiet, it has a gym, it has a decent bed, and it is fairly inexpensive. And Wanda mall is across the road. I DID however notice that there was a slight smudge on the north facing wall, which I was APPALLED at...because I am such a HIGH CLASS PERSON....haha not really, just taking the p#ss out of, oh 99% of people on this site...

This hotel seems to be my second home. This time I stayed eight nights. I think I may have accrued there about 50 or so nights in the last 12-14 months, and it keeps getting better. The staff is friendly and tries to help as much possible, but with the recent addition of two members (I only recall Natalia’s name) the language problem has significantly decreased! She is great and has gone above and beyond to help! Rooms are excellent. Food is very very good. Location: well, it’s close to our business and the Wanda Plaza nearby is great for us. Far from the expat nightlife, which we still do, but Beijing is a huge city. Concierge service is excellent as well. See you soon!

The priperty is classy and well kept. The buffet for breakfast was very good. Coffee was lacking in room. The tea bage coffee version produces very weak coffee. AC unit had the room temperature set at 25 c and often climbed to 30c. Uncomfortable when its that hot and the windows are locked so not able to open to get releif from the heat.

So far quite good. Room are nice and clean enough. Reception is also helpful

Stayed at the executive room for 3 nights over Summer and here are some of the reasons why you shouldn’t: 1. The whole hotel is set at 25-26 degrees Celsius no wonder how the aircon controller is set/adjusted. This includes the room, restaurants, gym (!) and all other common area 2. The carpet in my room has not been vacuumed properly. When I first got into the room, there was a loose opened teabag packaging on the floor. Tv remote was “sticky” (!) 3. Room smelled like someone has smoked in there even though it was non smoking. 4. The level of English is extremely basic. Good thing I speak mandarin but I can’t imagine guests getting much customer service in English. The list goes on...

There were cigar ashes in the room with a lot of smoke smell and this was a non smoker room. No airport shuttle service, lots of things in the food menu were not available.

Some of the staff can’t speak English very well and the water pressure was quite low. Other than that it’s great
