Wanda Realm Beijing

The hotel is very nice and staffs are very friendly and helpful, duty manager Bruce help me to exchange money, Katrina also recommend good places to travel, tell me how to take subway, she is very nice, strongly recommend the hotel, i will come back again.

This was my first time visiting China. The staff at the front desk, including Katrina, were very polite and attentive. They exchanged US dollars for Chinese RMB three times for me. I couldn’t call a local restaurant for delivery so the concierge, Bob, helped me call and even transferred money to my Alipay to pay for the meal as my bank card wasn’t working. Bob also helped me get a reservation to see Tian’anmen square. I also wanted to see the Great Wall so the assistant manager for rooms, Paul, helped arrange a car to take me there, wait, and take me back! He even combined my trip with another two from the conference so we could all split the cost. I just can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. If you’re ever in Beijing, this is the place to stay. Last thing, the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms large and very comfortable with all the amenities you could want.

Fantastic Turist Support! The concierge Katrina Liang and Bruce Zhang assisted me in a fantastic way, they made all the diference so I could have a great time in China! I realy recomend this hotel, the food is great, the rooms are confortable, but the people that work here make all the diference. Thank you Katrina and Bruce! I will comeback with my family!

Not much

The hotel room was very dated and everywhere showed the sign of age. The room was not maintained, carpet was dirty. Bathroom was so worn out. Nothing looks like a five-star hotel! Very disappointed

Katrina is a great help and kindness, I highly recommend this hotel. She showed us how to go to the metro, helped us changing money with a good rate and recommended us where to visit. This hotel has a great ratio of price over quality, the breakfast is very good

I use this hotel for work and so, for me, the location is excellent. It's far from the Beijing airports (if this is a consideration for you) but close(ish) to the Zoo etc
