El personal no está cualificado. Además solicité un taxi a las 6:45 y se les olvidó. 25 minutos tarde conseguimos uno, pero casí perdemos el transporte. Solamente hablan chino.

The location of hotel is really far and it’s about 1:30-1 hours to the city center and you have to pay to much money for taxi The pool is always on the construction and it’s never been open. If you want to see the Beijing sight seeing , it’s not a good choice because you are always on the way

The breakfast had all that I needed by way of choice. The inhouse Japanese Restaurant was amazing. The Chef paid such close attention to the meal and my needs. It was superb!! I felt like a King and the food was simply stunning.

Still issues with paying for things on a westerner's credit card. They did sort it by allowing me to charge my room with the cost.

The lobby and public area of ​​the hotel are very luxurious and clean. Its location is at the end of the western part of Beijing city and it is far from the sightseeing places of the city center, but the subway is close to this hotel. The rooms are not at the level of a 5-star hotel and are very small. The hotel staff are polite and responsive. The main problem of the hotel is breakfast. The breakfast hall is very small and sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to find an empty table. The environment of the breakfast hall is very dark and the variety of breakfast for a 5-star international hotel is low.

The people were very friendly. The hotel was very clean. Located near a fantastic mall for some delicious foods.

The from was a little to cold but other then that the service was amazing.

no gym, no pool

Pool and gym are closed for guests of hotel but both of pool and gym , are available for others.when I asked that why we dont use pool, they said ,pool is on trial operation .I felt that they were lying. we coud not connect to wifi internet and asked of reception staff over and over to help us but they did not help us . Great and spacious rooms. Near to wanda plaza shoping mall. The diversity of breakfast items is low. That is not expected for five stars.

It's my first business trip to Beijing. After seeing the prices of the rooms, I already knew I couldn't expect it to be like other 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Still, this one fell short of expectations. The disappointment started when we checked in. There was barely any eye contact from the gentleman, not to mention a smile that one would normally expect from someone working in the hospitality industry. We raised a few questions and requests, none of which was given a positive response to. In fact, all the front desk staff we met during our stay was the same. They wouldn't take the initiative to find ways to make their guests stay more comfortable. The most welcoming staff was the one for housekeeping. He always greeted me with a big smile and asked politely if he could clean my room. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe King Room. The room is spacious but the condition is appalling. There are many cracks and scratches, and you can see signs of water leakage here and there. Two lights in my room were not working properly but I couldn't ask for a change of room as they're all fully booked. We went to their lobby bar one night just to find that many of the drinks on their menu were not available, and they only had 1 choice of red wine and 1 choice of white wine. We didn't go back to any of their restaurants afterwards. Facility-wise, both their gym and pool were closed for maintenance. Overall, I'd say all the 4-star hotels I stayed in for business trips are better than this one.
