Hampton Inn & Suites Lebanon

This hotel is immaculate and looks brand new! Hard to believe it was remodeled FIVE years ago. Color palette is soothing and doesn't look like a circus the way so many hotels have chosen to decorate. "Tyler" cleaned our room before we arrived and it was seriously perfect. So many little extras too. Also, plenty of hooks on the walls to hang towels, clothes etc..small thing but BIG plus! Bottled water to go along with prepared breakfast bags if you were in a hurry. Breakfast was great and area was kept clean! I would totally stay here again and highly recommend this Hampton to everyone. The manager, Andrew needs to be commended! I spoke to him at checkout and again to his credit, he passed all my accolades on to his employees! Best place to stay!

The girl who checked me was incredibly rude as I have having trouble with the digital keys and instead of saying I'm sorry about the inconvenience that it wasn't working she was like "I can't do anything about it" and shrugged me off. I get things break but the attitude was not it. I had been up for over 20 hours at that point and had no fight left in me and immediately went to sleep. The entire hotel is in desperate need of an update. I didn't feel safe eating breakfast here. I was grateful the AC worked well in my room with these 95+ degree weather. The bed was clean, however the carpet felt sticky and bunched in several places making it a tripping hazard. I've stayed at a different non-Hilton hotel down the street from this, that is much nicer, cleaner, with way nicer staff. I just wanted to stay at a Hilton as a member and it was a disappointing experience.

We were given a handicap accessible room. Got our reservation mixed with another guest at check in. Room 213 is directly above the check in /front desk area and we could hear the loud music in The welcome area blasting all night long

Worst Hilton property we have stayed in! Room felt like a swamp and smelled like one. TV had two permanent brownish blotches on screen. All hard surface floors so sticky they pulled my slippers off my feet. “Couch” put you almost on the floor with thin padding so felt like you were on rocks. Office-type chair back wouldn’t adjust so when you leaned back you were almost horizontal. When we complained at checkout, we were told they were “going to renovate” and we should have complained last night! When I got angry and raised my voice ( no cursing or threats) to say we were going to contact Hilton, one of the desk personnel told me loudly to “Calm down!” I left very upset and my husband told them they shouldn’t have said that to me. Stay away!

Best front desk staff I've met during my travels, not sure of the ladies name, she was amazing and said she was the general manager. Fabulous conversation, great lady. The breakfast staff were a delight also.

It was located in an area that had plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but still fairly quiet at night

I stayed one night after a business trip because it was halfway. If I had not been so tired, I would have immediately left and gone elsewhere. It was that bad. The shower fixtures were falling off and the shower was so warped, the curtain wouldn’t stay closed; it just kept sliding towards the center. The pillows were so flat that it took 3 to even get comfortable. I tried 2 at first, and my head sank all the way to the mattress. I am a loyal, typically satisfied, Hilton customer, so I was absolutely shocked at condition of this hotel. I will say that the staff was very kind. The housekeeper even left chocolate Kisses with her card in the room. But Hilton needs to do better. That place will ruin a good brand.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Especially the southwestern style omelettes

The beds were not very comfortable. There were gross looking stains on the couch and carpets. The hallway was extremely hot and humid. For the price and Hilton affiliation you would think it would be a better stay with how expensive it was compared to the other hotels. This is our fourth stay in the area and the holiday inn has been the better choice so far.
