Hampton Inn & Suites Lebanon

The property was ok, expected more from a Hampton. There were holes all in the wall in walk way and in the room. Took the shower 10 min to get Luke warm. This place definitely needs a remodel.

The hotel was okay overall. The room felt dated and a bit worn with mold in the showers, which was disappointing, but the service was what u would expect from a Hilton brand hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with good options and fresh items. The updated lobby was modern and welcoming, but it made the contrast with the room’s condition even more noticeable. It’s a decent choice if you value service and breakfast over room aesthetics.

Location is awful. We heard every vehicle traveling on I-40 while using ear plugs and pillows over our heads. We will never book this location again. Coffee was also awful. Left before breakfast since we had been up all night. Can't say if that was any good or not.

Stay did not go very well. Especially traveling 15 hrs. Tv in room did not work and as we were going to bed, the electricity went out in our room.

My husband and I typically stay at Hampton Inns during our frequent travels. This location in Lebanon, TN missed the mark in a few areas. The good first: Access was easy from I 40, handicap parking was very convenient to the front door, the outside area was clean,and the luggage carts were spacious and rolled well. The lady in charge of the breakfast was most pleasant and accommodating, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Now the not so good: The lone gentleman employee at check- in was having difficulty executing his duties. It could have lack of training, his inability to focus, or maybe he was just having an off day. There were 4 guests waiting to check in, including my husband. After the lengthy check in, we arrived at our room on the 4th floor. The room was spacious and clean. The sofa was very low to the floor and didn't fit my tall husband, so I pulled out the desk chair for him to sit in, and one of the arms fell off. Turns out, the arm was broken off and just laying on top. We tried calling the front desk, but nobody answered the phone, kept getting busy signal, so my husband went down to the front desk, waited behind other guests checking in to ask for a serviceable desk chair. He also asked why nobody answered the front desk phone, and was told the phone system was not working. Another desk chair was delivered promptly to our room. It worked fine and had both arms attached, so we didn't complain about the ripped seat. We didn't learn the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, until I was actually in the shower this morning. The noise from I 40 was right out our windows, but we understand that is no fault of the hotel. We pack shampoo and a noise maker, and were thankful we had both on this trip. The automatic external front door to the hotel entrance was stuck in the open position this freezing cold morning, about a foot opening in the center. We saw others, forcing it open with their hands, enough to squeeze out with their bags, so we did that too. The hall carpet on the 4th floor was frayed in places.In my opinion, this Hampton Inn is tired, needs a renovation and a little pep and positive energy installed.

Surprise $50 hold on bank account that cost me $32 in overdraft fees. Never want to stay there again!!!!!
