Needs serious upgrade. Looks like it’s falling about

This place is lovely. And the general manager a life saver. When the washing machines broke, she let me use their commercial washer and dryer. On a 23 day trip across Route 66 i really needed to do some laundry. What a star! Well located, very friendly and only 3 stories so easy to get around.

Great clean hotel with comfortable beds good breakfast. Staff is very attentive to your needs. Check in easy. Clean areas as well as rooms. Great shampoo conditioner soap hand cream. Each room has coffee maker but coffee in check in area too.

Hampton Inn has been my go to hotel for several years, and I have always been extremely satisfied with the accommodations. However, this two night stay in Lebanon, TN was not very pleasant at all. The microwave did not want to work; but did after I unplugged it and plugged it in again. The TV would not work for me at all. (Friday night). The telephone did not work, so I had to go to the front desk to report it. The young man at the desk was very nice and came back up with me and was able to push the right buttons to get it to come on. Unfortunately, Saturday morning the same thing happened, (no service). Since my friend and I had an appointment, we left. When we returned, the TV still would not work. I had to go down to the front desk again. The same young man was there, and he came up to the room and again he was able to get it to come on. Sunday morning, the same thing. The TV would not come on. No service. I am a TV person and I like to listen to it when I get up in the morning. Also, there was no skid proof mat for the bathtub; and since we are senior citizens, we were afraid we would fall in the shower, without the mat. We did report it and was told they did not have one. Plus, the hot water was another issue. It took forever for the water to even get warm. It appeared that the bathroom had been updated. However, the sleeping area was definitely outdated. There was even holes in the wall from where the door had been opened against the drywall. The furniture was certainly dated, and could have used a good cleaning. However, the bed was comfortable. I have had better breakfast items at other Hampton Inns. The muffins were soggy, and the bread was old. The young man that I dealt with was very nice and willing to help, however, he was not very knowledgeable and told me that "I only work here". Because of all the issues we had with this room, I think a partial refund would be appropriate. Without a doubt, I will never stay at this Hampton Inn again; but won't rule out staying at another location. Thank you very much.

Joanne and Paulina are outstanding at the breakfast area. Very personable and engaging. The food area was very clean and the products were full. The seating area was equally as clean. Always enjoy seeing them when we come once a year. Thank you.

Breakfast was fine.

The fridge had a huge block of ice and was difficult to close. Cold air blew in from around the ac system. And the red chair in the room was disgusting.

Love the Breakfast, and the staff was so professional.

Nothing. Everything was great.

There was no hot water. I was told the maintenance got was off on weekends and he wouldn’t answer his phone. A lady came through and said it was mechanical, but don’t tell anyone. The front desk said it would be 1/2 hour and an hour later I heard him tell one guest the same thing. You should have maintenance people available 24-7, not just weekdays.
