The Male staff was bit rude

Great place. Very very easy with family. With a baby they gave us everything we needed (fridge and travel cot) and even offered us a microwave if we needed it. We will be coming back 100% Ps breakfast was awesome.

Having stayed here during the week since August 2024, I have sampled a few rooms within the property. They are basic but clean but are in desperate need of some TLC and the number of electrical switches in each room is baffling. I choose the upstairs rooms overlooking the golf course as these are the quietest in my opinion. I have had room 15 for the last 2 weeks which doesn't have a working TV, during heavy rain it leaks through the roof fan, signs of damp in the bathroom, gaps around the front door so it rattles in the wind though unlike other rooms the VELUX window will actually shut and the blinds work. Housekeeping can be hit and miss, 1 week I was given keys to a room which wasn't made up and it is not unusual to find your bin emptied but not put back or your shower mat put on top of your towel to dry out. I have tried the bar for food on a couple of occasions and couldn't find fault. I normally prefer to book direct if I will be staying more than once at a location but it is considerably cheaper to book through HOTELS.COM than direct with the hotel. Overall it is cheap basic contractors accommodation which suits myself but it is not a place I would bring my family.

A very uncomfortable stay. The door to our room wasn't lockable/ securable from inside the room and and would constantly bang and sound like someone was trying to get in as a result of the external door being broken and wouldn't close properly, creating a draft. We had to wedge a pizza box and sugar sachets around the door to stop the banging that was keeping us awake regularly startling us until we were able to bodge a solution. The floor in our room didnt feel clean and felt like there was grit or sand throughout the room. I didnt feel safe or comfortable during my stay and It was a shame to have a disappointing experience.

No tea, coffee, milk no tea for breakfast. Only quarter roll toilet roll. No tissue paper. As I walked about grit / stones on floor. Bar sorted toilet rolls out. Not too pleased.

The room was very dated, the bed was comfortable, but the bed sheet was dirty, the pillows were stained with no pillow protectors, the mattress had a protector but that was dirty. The bathroom again was dated, the toilet seat was loose, the shower was great but i had to clean it as it had hair and other bits in it. The breakfast was good, i don't think I'll stay there again.
