Very friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds and well placed for restaurants, shops and transport
Noisy neighbours could be heard through the wall but this was due to the volume of their voices rather than a fault of the hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Cosy and neat, with regular cleaning and very nice team. It's surrounded by trees with birds singing and rose bushes not far away. Very close to vaporetto stop. Excellent breakfast. Really cheap for Venice, but having all services and everything one might need in the accomodation. Best deal you can have, if you ask me. Plus, the beach is a walking distance!
The room is a bit too small - which is normal for Venice. Not a big deal for me - besides, i've seen smaller.

Ho avuto la fortuna di trovare un'ottima offerta e ne sono felice, perché mi ha permesso di godere appieno di questa atmosfera d'altri tempi. Se amate il gusto vintage, questo hotel vi conquisterà al primo sguardo. Un'esperienza bellissima che consiglio vivamente!
Difficile dire cosa non mi sia piaciuto. Sicuramente qualche piccolo dettaglio migliorabile ci sarà, ma onestamente, con l'offerta che ho trovato, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è talmente alto che non saprei cosa appuntare.
