The location is very nice, close to the water bus stop and the neighborhood is chill with lots of restaurants nearby. The room is overall pretty clean. Every staff member I interacted with is lovely. Overall an pretty good price for Venice.
The mattress is very old and is visibly sunken at the middle. Sleeping on it is uncomfortable. The bedding not sparkling clean -- I have very sensitive skin and can feel a bit itchy on the bed. I think it's maybe related to the mattress being old. The room I get (the smallest option) is quite small and the space is not designed well; the lamps are very clunky and the old-style furniture makes the small room feel more cramped than necessary.
