Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage! Garten mit Pool ansprechend. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Und das Frühstück war auch ganz in Ordnung. Waren sehr zufrieden!!

THIS WAS A GOOD HOTEL. THE STAFF WERE VERY PLEASANT AND OBLIGING AND TRIED HARD TO BE HELPFUL. THE FOOD WAS GOOD, BETTER THAN AVERAGE FOR BOLZANO THOUGH NOT REALLY OUTSTANDING. THE FITTINGS AND ROOM WERE COMFORTABLE AND SERVICEABLE. THEIR QUALITY WAS GOOD FOR THE PRICE THOUGH NOT TOP LUXURY
In real estate they say location is everything, if that is true of hotels, well then, this is the big lewinski! I cannot believe there is a better located hotel in all of Bolzano. This coupled with the beautiful property, abundant free parking, an amazing breakfast (along with a genuinely friendly, courteous and helpful staff), world class reception, wonderful memory foam matress and just right pillows in a truly tasteful room - WOW! We were traveling from Munich to Venice and this seemed like a great stopover because of the cable car (first one ever BTW, invented here in 1908!) and the fun little train on top of the mountain - but it turned out to be one of our favorite destinations of this trip. The hotel is literally a 3 minute walk to the cable car and a 10 minute walk to old town and all the shopping. So we parked (choice of 3 lots, 2 free, UG is $11) , checked in, was wowed by the room, and then went to the cable car. We spent a few hours on the mountain top and then returned to town. We were fortunate that we found an amazing restaurant (I will review it) and then went back to the room for a wonderful nights sleep. The room was quiet, comfortable and had a great shower with lots of pressure and an abundance of hot water. After a restful nights sleep we awoke to a grand breakfast. Everything was available and fresh, hot/cold, pastries, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit.... and cooked to order eggs. Out of room here... shame I cannot write more!
They pride themselves as a 4 star establishment but the quality of the service was not four star. While we were there daylight saving changed over but the hotel clocks did not change and the hotel did not tell the residents. It took four attempts to order a taxi and we were on the verge of walking in the rain for a 1km trip.
The best MUC hotel close to the airport. Highly recommend this property.
good parking and rooms were nice. Restaurant was exceptional with excellent wait staff. overall very nice place to stay in heart of Balzano
While this hotel is not in the very center of town, it is certainly walkable to most things you would want to do. Very close to the wonderful cable car and also to the train station. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast very good.
