Gardena Grödnerhof - Hotel & Spa

We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Hotel Gardena Grödnerhof. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm—they truly go out of their way to make you feel at home. We were upgraded to the Seceda Suite, which was a very generous gesture from the hotel in celebration of our wedding anniversary. The suite was breathtaking, combining elegant interior design with cozy alpine charm. It had everything you could possibly need, including a private in-room sauna, which made our stay feel extra luxurious. As a sweet surprise, we were also gifted chocolates, chocolate-covered strawberries, and a personal wedding anniversary card from the hotel owner and team—an incredibly thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The breakfast was exceptional, offering everything you could want—fresh, high-quality ingredients, a huge variety, and an emphasis on taste and presentation. Every morning felt like a treat. Overall, the location, service, and attention to detail at Hotel Gardena are unmatched. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and serene escape in the Dolomites.

We spent six nights at the hotel Gardena as a family of four with two teenagers. We stayed in the Chalet Attico suite which was perfect for four people. The hotel spa I cannot rave about enough. It was probably one of the best spa experiences from the sauna, cold plunge, pool, massages, massages on a waterbed table, hair blowouts, divine ! The ski setup was so easy. The instructors booked for us were fabulous. The terrain was perfect and we arrived for some great spring snow and bluebird days. We did the Sellaronda which is a must ! Had fabulous mountain lunches, getting into town was just a few steps away the local grocer had all the snacks we needed. Probably the most fun for our entire family of varying degrees of ski ability was to take our last day when the conditions on the mountain were not that great was to go sledging ! That was a blast. I’m so glad we tried that the kids had smiles for hours after. Our last night in town there was a Party in the main square which was super fun to dance and mingle with the locals. I would highly recommend this hotel for spring family skiing.

This hotel is the best of the best - food is amazing, staff are wonderful and the health facilities are the fantastic. I could not fault one thing and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Access to slopes was easy - just a wonderful stay all round!

Amazing stay. I would return. Bedding is comfortable. Spa area and pool are beautifully designed. Shuttle to the lift. Great ski room and storage lockers. I would return. The staff were all very kind and efficient. Food in the restaurant is exceptionally good.

As good as it gets.. stunning hotel in a gorgeous town. The most incredible staff, lovely rooms and excellent service. The spa really is as good as ive seen anywhere. Restaurants are lovely too, breakfast was especially impressive with a vast array of delicious buffet food and al a carte options. Fresh juice making station and lovely setting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was seriously classy.

Ski room was fantastic and transfer to gondola was perfect organized , clean 10 for them!!!!

Best high standard experience we've ever had. Unmissable!!! Staff very prepared to meet any request with great dedication and care. Always willing, polite and very efficient, meeting demands in an incredibly personalized way without having to ask. Wonderful restaurants. It couldn't be better!
