Hotel Capri

The location is great. The food is good. Staff at the breakfast area were great. Very helpful.

The rooms are small. The rooms that dont have balconies are dark. Rooms with the balconies are good. Receptionist - Theresa - was not helpful. Price is expensive, even for a tourist town in Southern Italy.

Clean beautiful hotel. The breakfast is excellent, with wide choice. Location is also convenient, in a safe and clean area, close to the Tasso square, and all the places that you would like to go. Friendly and helpful staff. Really gorgeous.

When we arrived to the accommodation, we were welcomed by the most friendly and happy staff. They escorted us to our room, where we found a welcoming letter from Teresa. The rooms are small, but very cosy and clean. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Hotter was super en everything!! Love it

This hotel is amazing. We stayed here for 2 weeks, from 19th September – 3rd October. Every member of staff was professional, polite & helped make our stay enjoyable: reception, housekeeping & restaurant – they all know how to provide an excellent service. We were in room 115 which was close to the lifts, had a lovely view of the pool & was spacious & comfortable. Fitted with a large smart television, mini-fridge, comfortable beds & well laid-out bathroom, we had no complaints during our 14-night stay. The breakfasts were full of choice & consisted of real quality ingredients. We were full all day after our morning meal. Savoury, sweet, cooked (pancakes/omelettes were cooked to order), continental – it was all there to choose from. I indulged a lot on the panna cotta & cheesecake. We were met with a warm welcome every morning & it was a great start to our day. Overall noise, both internally & externally was minimal. The communal areas were clean & comfortable. The location was fabulous: less than 10 minutes into the centre & close to plenty of eating places. The manager, Teresa should be proud of what she has achieved here. I would recommend this hotel & we shall definitely visit again – thank you.
