Hotel Capri

The room is extremely small, it is nothing at all what is shown on the website. There is no place to put luggage. The room is smaller than something you would find in an RV. The hotel manager Teresa Lauro is very nice, and accommodating. The hotel is nice in but the rooms are horrible.

Comfortable, clean, well decorated hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who spoke good english. Bed was large and comfortable. Towels good and regularly replenished. Robes and slippers provided. A huge choice of tasty breakfast options with some made to order items. Well located on one of the main roads, a short walk from the main square, and even closer to the train station. My room was on the 2nd floor on the road side, so there was some occasional traffic noise but this didn't disturb me. Pool area was quite small but well kept, with comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs. Sun moved around in early October so not always in the sun. Water was said to be very cold. Also a garden area above. We very much enjoyed our stay

Very cleqn, the staff was all very friendly and accommodating. The managerer Teresa was exceptional, she did everyting to mske sure that we were welcomed and all our needs met with outstanding service. A big thank you to you all and I will came back. Ps: ive habe recommended this hotel to all of my peeps. 😊

We booked Hotel Capri over a year ago and are now back home after a very restful week. Location is ideal, 15 mins walk from Marina piccolo maybe a bit longer for gorgeous Marina Grande and 10 minutes from the train station. The incredible Teresa organised our delightful private transfer which as seamless and quick as our check in. We had room 211 with a pool facing balcony. Breakfast is excellent- unlike so many hotels it was calm and peaceful. The star of the show is Nissal with his wonderful smile and even better coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We were made to feel welcome the minute we walked through the door. The hotel is light airy and spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful ( a special shout out to Nissal) he seems to find 25hours in a day and 8 days in a week. Our time in Sorrento was lovely and made all the better by staying at this lovely hotel. Thank you Teresa and your great staff.

We enjoyed are stay last week at this very nice hotel. Staff was fantastic from the porters, front desk and houskeeping. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the breakast buffet was very impressive, omlets, large selection of pastries, juices and fruit.

Great stay. Has a pool and lawn chairs to relax on. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Room was nothing special but great for a few day stay. Staff was helpful and accommodating.
