Despite having cleaning services everyday and my own cleaning supplies, there were ants in our room and bathroom every day!

"Super friendly staff, fantastic beachfront hotel"

The staff at the desk upon arrival were super friendly and fantastic, all the staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly. Easy to travel to amalfi and Positano on nearby ferries and maiori is not that overcrowded with tourists. Perfect amalfi coast stay town.

The pool closes too early at 6, if your visiting other towns nearby you could do with getting back and having some relaxing time at the pool especially for the kids

"Overall a lovely hotel with just a few niggles"

We had a comfortable room overlooking the sea with a walk-in shower on the third floor. The views from our balcony were amazing and we enjoyed the firework display on our last night. The gardens are beautiful and very well looked after. There was a lot of noise in the corridor from drunk guests at the weekend in the early hours of the morning and this woke us up. We wondered if there had been a wedding as it was only on one night of our stay. There was a lot of traffic noise from motorcycles and scooters when we sat on our balcony particularly at the weekend. The hotel is close to many restaurants where we had some good dinners. Our only complaint - we asked for an alarm call for an early start to go to Capri and the alarm call never came.

What a terrific staff! Sergio, Maria and Eta were there for us whenever we needed assistance. Sergio, along with Maria and Eta even provided extensive help prior to our visit. The location was divine, service terrific, rooms clean and just right. We had a terrific experience!!
