Outstanding and very helpful staff, before and during stay. Location could not be more perfect. Beautifully appointed rooms with exceptional views. Highly recommend the on-site restaurant for dinner. And the breakfast buffet has a great variety of choices!

Our stay was just okay. The rooms were small and the beds were uncomfortable. The staff wasn’t very helpful with making reservations. It was beautiful but an older hotel.

I thought I’d be disappointed bc we choose a room with no Ocean view and no balcony. But we ended up with our own garden over looking a spectacular view of the ocean. The room was clean and the front desk was very knowledgeable and was able to help us navigate taxis and transportation in general. The hotel is very close to the square of the town and was at the bottom of a hill leading to Villa Cimbrone. so I believe we had the best location.

The restaurant was slower and the staff could’ve been friendlier.
