Hotel La Scogliera

Beautiful garden in front of the hotel. Delicious snacks at good prices. Great and friendly waiters. I shall return !

Pool area no service and needs to be a bit renovated.

Great location, quiet with a short walk into the town. Great staff, which make you very welcome. We stopped in a sea view room on the second floor and the sunsets were spectacular.

Poor Wi-Fi, no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room. Although it did have a mini fridge.

a very comfortable hotel in a beautiful setting. The swimming pool is large and I crowded and the thermal pool is warm and refreshing. The courtyard at the front of the hotel is a great place to eat lunch, have drinks and watch the sun go down. and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing (although would highly recommend upgrading to a sea view room). Location was good.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Very basic and the same every single day. Also some of the facilities shown on the website are actually from the next door hotel and you have to pay a fee.

Our stay at La Scogliera exceeded expectations! I visited with my mother, and we were made to feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. The airport transfer (private car, hydrofoil, minibus) made for a smooth arrival. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and available to support with any query we had, from directions, to spa (lovely massages) or restaurant reservations, or room queries - excellent service throughout! The room was spacious with a sea view, very clean, peaceful. The hotel has three mineral swimming pools -two thermal pools, and it is just a short walk to a public beach if you prefer the sea. We enjoyed aperitivo on the terrace overlooking the sea. The onsite restaurant is great, with varied daily menus featuring local cuisine. It's about 15mins walk into Forio town where there is a great range of restaurants and bars as well. My mother is already planning her return!

Nothing - any query we had was quickly resolved by the brilliant staff!
