Nice for a short stay. No elevator. Can take nice walk down main street lined with trees. Restaurant next door which specializes in fish and is expensive but very pleasant

Vood value for money hotel direct bus to venice island 100m from front dor staff very helpful with get a problem fixed( not related to the hotel). Is not the ritz but very practible

This hotel is great value for money. If we came back to Venice, we would definately stay here again.

We've stayed in this hotel because it has offered car park and was conveniently situated for bus trip to Venice. Sound insulation is not very good and you can hear noise from the street and from other rooms, so if you are light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel. Breakfast is all right for continental breakfast with not much choice but enough food to have a bite before going to town.

Contrary to the hotel claims it actually takes 1 hr. to get to Venice, and not 30 min. as advertised. And it takes 1 hour to come back. That's two hours of your day. And that is if you don't mind sharing a full bus (standing room only) full of immigrants and locals who don't shower or brush their teeth. The greedy owners of this dump are salivating at the prospects of clueless tourists ending up in their trap. If this place cost 10 rupees it would still be too much for what it is.

Very cheap hotel, price wise. good place to rest your bones. Decent breakfast. Close to airport and public transportation. Just had a problem with the shower, way too small.

My family of four with two small kids stayed for a weekend trip to Venice. The hotel was nice, right along a bus route that goes into Venice. The room was comfortable, but not very elegant. There was a large bed and bunk beds for the kids, though my kids are too young for bunk beds. The hotel was kind enough to accommodate us with a travel crib instead. The patio upstairs was wonderful for enjoying a glass of wine at night. The staff was very kind. The parking behind the hotel was very convenient, though our American minivan was definitely not made for Italian parking lots. We had trouble getting into the space assigned to us, so the owner (?) was extremely generous and offered his space instead, which was easier to access. All in all, a wonderful stay.

We just wanted a place to sleep near Venice. The hotel is in need of a renovation. Close to hotel is a bus stop where the bus to Venice leaves every ten minutes and takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Venice. Because of the condition of the hotel it is very doubtful that I ever will visit the hotel again if I visit Venice.

Kappa hotel was adequate but not exceptional. The staff were slightly unpleasant, the shower was tiny by even Venetian standards and the room could do with an update. It was, however, fairly inexpensive.

excellent value and very convenient to visit Venice.
