Antica Villa Graziella Hotel

I had an overnight stay here while visiting Venice. The accommodations were nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The only downside was that the hotel was a long walk from the nearest train station outside of Venice. If you don't mind the walk it is a fairly priced and nice hotel. Fair warning: the main street that leads to the hotel is unnamed so map it before you arrive.

Hotel is around 900 metres to Mestre station. The staff was helpful in sending detailed directions before our trip and also recommendations to restaurants in the area. There is a super market around the corner. Getting to Venice is easy. A bus gets you there in 10 minutes. The room was very clean and had a bunk bed and a double bed. The bunk bed was squeaky. The bathroom was very modern and seemed to be recently renovated. In all an OK stay.

Great place to stay outside of Venice. When we checked in, our room had some issues and they moved us to the suite across the street at no charge, which is a 2 bedroom apartment. Close to easy-to-use buses and the Mestre train station. Breakfast is €6 per person per day, but we didn't partake. The hotel staff was great for recommendations in the neighborhood and they also lend out Venice guide books.

Overall quality of hotel was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

It's totally worth the extra few blocks of walking from the Mestre train station to this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Wonderful hotel. Everything was above what we expected. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very cute and pretty facility. Bus station to Venice is a few blocks away and its an easy 10 minute ride.

Great location for Venice, short walk to the bus stop and then a 10 minute ride to the main bus station in Venice. Very frisndly staff and a quality, clean room. Perfect place to stay for exploring Venice

It is a very comfortable apartment, easy to get Venice island by taken bus No.6 and 6/ about 20 minutes, also easy to get Mestre train station by taken bus No.15, the hotel price is good quality and reasonable. The staff are also very kindly.

Ok for an overnight stop. 10 minutes from a bus to Venice. Bit run down. Receptionist very helpful and spoke good English. Had a bit of trouble finding it as it's not in Mestre itself, its in Marghera.

Hotel is located about 15 min away from Venice but very easy access by bus. It took us 5 min to walk to the bus stop and the receptionist had sold us the bus tickets. We got the apartment suite across the street from the hotel which worked out perfect for our family of 4. It had 2 bedrooms, a living area, a nice bathroom and a kitchenette. Breakfast is extra but wifi and parking (on the street or in a gated lot) is free. We bought some breakfast items at the supermarket around the corner and enjoyed the suite. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Antica Villa Graziella is a lovely hotel, with a cocoon feel to it. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are small but comfy. There is a terrace, very enjoyable for an evening drink in the sunset heat. It is well situated next to Venice Mestre train station (10-minute walk) which is convenient.
