Antica Villa Graziella Hotel

Small hotel without a pool etc. but it's near Venice and there are some good Italian restaurants nearby (Pizzeria Al Giardinetto at Via Zambelli was delicious, cheap and had a really nice backyard). Bus stop to Venice is 5-10 minutes away. Rooms are small but clean. W-lan works, parking is free but you need to hand over the keys to the receptionist.

The room was comfortable, clean and had A/C, which was good because it was hot and humid here. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and explained to us how to get to Venice. She was even able to sell us bus tickets. The bus to Venice is just a short walk away. The hotel had a garden atmosphere and the front had beautiful flowers and landscaping.

Hotel staff very professional and helpful.

The hosts were gracious and helpful. Rooms spacious and spotless, breakfast very good for an additional euro 6. So much cheaper than staying in Venice and a quick train ride away.

the staff, which for me was 3 different people. was, well, way beyond nice and caring. after traffic we arrived very late, around 22:00 or more, and the first receptionist was very caring and clear. after she finished with the "official" stuff, she went to show us the various things we might need to know in the room. later, she gave us some brochures of local food places and was ready to call on our behalf and make a delivery order ( although everything was closed). later she described the way to the nearest restaurant. they also have a simplified map of their surroundings, bus lines etc. the next day, in the morning, a different receptionist helped us with pre-paid bus tickets, which the hotel has just for this kind of need, explained how to get to the bus, etc. later that day, when we came back from venice, although already not a staying customer, we still had our car at the hotel parking - it was a very wise choice, again, as a tip given to us by the hotel staff. i rate them excellent for this total care and service.

The room was very clean, modern and good looking. The breakfast was very good. Try the fresh baked croissants and red orange juice (very sweet orange juice). The staff was very friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to and only a short ride to Venice by bus nor train. Good restaurants near by and a supermarket just around the corner from the hotel. Nice garden setting out front of hotel with some small tables and chairs.

The staff were all so helpful and ensured we were happy with everything. Breakfast was great. Access to Venice was very easy by bus. We would stay there again!

Beautiful little place in a not-so-nice area but lovely room (with new bed as of this winter, apparently!), nice new bathroom and really mediterranean feel. Good breakfast (€6) too. 5min walk to bus into Venice which goes every 10min and takes about 15min, €2.60 return tix can be bought at hotel. Couldn't be easier! V helpful staff and a big drawn-out map at reception with bus stop, closest restaurant etc. There are parking spaces at the hotel but also a good number along the road. V good value for money considering how easy it is to get into Venice without paying Venice prices! Totally recommended.

The location is very convenient, a 20 minute bus ride from Piazzale Roma. The room was small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. Parking is freely available at the hotel and on the street. The neighbourhood is calm and beautiful.
