Antica Villa Graziella Hotel

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Antica Villa Graziella Hotel. It was the best hotel of the four that we stayed at during our tour of Italy. The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was very neat and tidy. The price was reasonable for the location as we did have to take a ten minute bus ride into Venice each day.

As two young females arriving late due to train reservations we did not feel safe or welcome at this hotel at all. Despite emailing before hand that we would be arriving after check in time and were advised this would be ok we were 'un' greeted by an elder man who hastily answered the door to us asking 'Don't you know check in finishes at 12' what a lovely welcome after a long journey! The room itself was ok and clean enough the area just didn't feel safe as it's quite derilict and far to walk from the station. If we were to stay in Venice again we would definitely stay in Venice city! The staff unfortunately were no better the following day and seemed greatly annoyed by any questions we would ask. Overall we just were not happy with the service of this hotel.

Antica Villa was overall very good. There is a fair distance you have to walk from the train station to the hotel so dragging our luggage there was a hassle. The neighbourhood is not the best, so we didn't walk out at night time or come back late. Inside the hotel, it was nice and the reception was helpful in providing information re: bus to venice and selling tickets. However, the hotel room did not have a table and chairs so we had to eat dinner in bed. Overall, we found it clean and safe inside the hotel.

This BnB was a great and affordable place to stay. I would without a doubt stay here again.

We were pleased with our 3 night stay at this quaint, 15 room hotel. A great value. The front desk staff was helpful, especially Sara and Adella. They furnished us with wine glasses so we could share a bottle of wine with friends and sit out front in the beautiful garden area. The bus stop is a quick 10 minute walk from the hotel which was nice in getting into Venice proper. The AC worked great and it was nice to sleep really cool!! Don't think you will be disappointed unless you want the utmost in luxury!!!

My room was incredibly small. The shower was only 2x2 and would flood the bathroom. Probably a double room is better. This is a good hotel for budget minded; I wished I had spent the extra $ to stay on the island. Service was pretty good in the morning.

Good value for money and good night stop when visiting Venice. Hotel is in a walking distance from the Train station and from the bus stop to Venice.

It was a very quiet and safe place on the mainland, 10-15 mins bus ride to Venice. Mestre train station is walkable distance as well. The staff was very helpful in giving us all the info about the locality and how to get to Venice. The breakfast timings at the hotel were convenient and the cappucino was really good. Wifi worked great in the room.
