Antica Villa Graziella Hotel

Great place to stay outside of Venise. About a 10 minute walk from the Mestre train station, away from the effervescence of Venise itself. Clean, quiet, nice little property. It takes 20 minutes by bus to get to Venise from there.

We stayed in an apartment across the road to the hotel which for us was perfect as we had lots more room. The hotel was lovely, staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful with transport, restaurants etc. The breakfast was good too, makes a lovely change from the old traditional cooked English breakfast and you could have as much as you wanted. The location was good as was within walking distance of bus/tram stops which ran frequently into Venice and near to train station.

Our budget wouldn't stretch to Venice itself so we stayed here on the mainland. The staff are so helpful with a map in reception and advise of how to get into Venice (very easy - regular 6 or 6/ bus service a few moments from the hotel for €1 or as part of the travel pass), the journey took about 15-20 mins and takes you directly to the bus station on the island. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our room was fairly small but it was for a family of 4 and can be expected. The bathroom looked brand new and the shower was fab. Breakfast is definitely worth getting as its a little trip to Venice itself and there's nowhere on the doorstep (although there's a supermarket very close if you prefer to buy something to eat in the room). There was a selection of cereals, croissants, meat/cheese, etc and you are provided with a fresh croissant and coffee as you are seated. The dining room is small but we never had to wait. We would definitely use Antica Villa Graziella again.

we spent two nights in this hotel and it was in a very quiet location and though very easy to go to Venice. the breakfast was very good, however, we had to pay for it but it worth it.

This is the second time I stayed at Antica Villa Graziella Hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are polite and helpful. Getting there to and from the Venice Mestre Station is not difficult. From the hotel to Venice takes less than 20 mins by bus. It is also easy access to the airport by bus #15. Highly recommend to those travelling to Venice who is looking for an affortable and proper hotel to stay for a few days.

We had a wonderful stay. Personnel very helpful. The hotel is 5 minutes from bus stop. The breakfast was great and affordable. Room very clean and comfortable.

The location is good with a convenient bus service to at Venice. Rooms were clean.Overall a good hotel with helpful staff.

The hotel is great! It was an excellent room and we were surprised that it was only rated a two-star hotel. It should be at least three, maybe even four. I highly recommend you stay here if you don't mind the short bus to Venice central.

Staff is very helpful ( speak very good English and French). Easy to access Venise and airport by bus from this hotel. Room is spacious and comfortable.

We had a great time here June 23/24, 2014 and would stay again w/o second thought. Sara met us warmly speaking very good English. Everything about the room was great; bathroom, bed, towels, shower and the A/C was cold as you like. It is a short walk from the train but but well worth it. A large grocery store around the corner helped us save money during the day in Venice while the breakfast served by Roberta was very tasty and filling.
