Breakfast (view was amazing) - enough choices that all were happy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the family style room with lodt was perfect allowing us all space to spread out and enjoy!

2nd pool advertised on Expedia is available only at a €15 a day extra cost! Iy is their Wellness Spa pool. The only free pool is actually sea water & is quite dirty. It is used mainly by the kids club too. Staff very rude when we asked about the extra pool cost, receptionist strongly implied we were trying to get the wellness pool for free and deliberately misunderstanding her so as to get a freebie! Breakfast is also overpriced at €12 a head. Basic buffet and scrambled eggs had cheese in them and sugar! Room drawers were dirty inside floor not cleaned properly in the 10 days we stayed sadly. Bar staff were lovely & made our early evening drinks a plus of the hotel. Location beautiful on the Amalfi coast and a good base to travel from. The beach was jam-packed and not particularly appealing as beach attendant was very unwelcoming & unenthisiastic. If the description of the pool availibilty had veen honest, we wouldn't have booked this hotel. As we had a car we explored the coast well and used the hotel as a base only. Bought coffee & croissants from the cafe in the square for brekkie & the harbour restaurants were good. Mustafas especially!

Have sone rooms quite far for old people . .Breakfast could be much better with improved service . If you dont like walking not suitable

We went in mid-May. It was unseasonably cool, so we did not use the resort's facilities to the full - swimming pools, beach tables etc., but it would have been good to have had the information about them in a written form, rather than a quick spiel about them on our arrival, when we had other things on our minds. Similarly details of the excellent (free) minibus service to the nearby town - station etc., and of all the local attractions - boat trips to Capri, local bus services, etc. could be in a welcome pack. We were pleasantly surprised that towels were changed twice in our week-long stay, and the bed-linen once, too. The staff were friendly and helpful - though the minibus driver was rather distant. The resort is very well placed for exploring the nearby historic sites - Pompeii and Herculaneum - as well as Naples, Sorrento, Capri, and the Amalfi coast. We found the train system excellent - but it was crowded and hot in mid-May - we may not have enjoyed it so much in July or August! Driving in that part of Italy appears to be a contact sport and, again, I think the roads will be rather more crowded and slower in high season.

Right on the water. Pier at property takes you boat Sorrento and Amalfi Coast. Restaurant a bit expensive, food fine, service good. Good local restaurants adjacent to hotel.

it was good except the matress in the room that was not good.

We very excited on our first day of arrival to eat lunch oveooythe beach to be ridiculously over charged 100 euros for the catch of the day, they tried to get us to pay cash for 2 fish at 49.00 euros each when the menu said 7.50, very shocked this was added to our bill without asking. We didn’t go back and choose other local Restaurants instead. breakfast was cake and bread everyday and we actually skipped a couple as it was that sparse. The Restaurant would benefit from a new manager and clear menu.
