Very cute place. We came out here from my birthday, from only about an hour away, just for one night. It was fun. I would love to go again. The only issue, which I found so strange is no pool?? So odd

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the area was beautiful. The property was a bit dated but it looked like they weee in the process of updating. Our room was well equipped but could have been cleaner. Overall it was a nice hotel.

I personally thought this resort was amazing! It was in the most beautiful location I have ever seen and I have traveled all over the world. The beach was amazing, there was plenty of chairs. The Wi-Fi worked great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They set up taxi service and other things for me and my wife. I thought the rooms were nicely decorated with beautiful tiles. And when you walk around the resort all you can hear is birds chirping and beautiful flowers. It was very very nice! There is also several restaurants on the property that are good but there is also a few others very short walking distance down the bay. Before I bought this property I saw some bad reviews on other platforms, I almost did not book it because of it and it would've been the worst decision ever. I honestly do not know how someone could leave this place a bad review. But unfortunately on all platforms you just have miserable people, because this place was absolutely amazing!

The hotel has the best tv of all the ones I've stayed in while in Europe. They actually have the Fox Business Network. They have a lovely breakfast buffet--Salvadore is the Dining Room manager and he does a terrific job--courteous, quick, and very pleasant. The hotel has parking and someone who actually watches the car lot.

There are some really fantastic parts to this resort. The location is amazing and stunning. You can get the train or boat from here to every tourist hotspot. The provision of sun loungers, clean beach towels, use of the spa pools and the free shuttle service to and from the hotel made our stay feel every bit 4 star. The receptionists are also a dream! Unfortunately a couple of things were not so great. Given there are not board options provided, information is not given to guests about the different food service options (there are a few and its not obvious) and a couple of staff members were unhelpful and one was exceptionally rude when we tried to enquire. Some general guest information like this would have been useful in the room. Otherwise the receptionists were good at informing us about a number of things verbally on arrival in English and when available, they were happy to accommodate our queries during our stay. We stayed in a family apartment and it was great but quite damp inside and some noisy neighbours above but we didn't let that bother us. Lovely relaxing stay.
