Great room, customer service and location. Amazing complimentary Italian breakfast. Close to the lake and lots of shops and particularly, restaurants, none of which disappointed. Would definitely stay here again. Free WiFi.

service was excellent and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was superb quality with great selection to choose from, we had a high vehicle with a large roof box but they personally made sure it could fit in one of their secure garages. Nicest area next to the lake lots of very good restaurants. Previously stayed in much more expensive Como hotels but would always book this hotel in future.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms

Steps from the lake and within walking distance of the old city center, this is a wonderful boutique hotel. The staff was excellent, friendly and welcoming. The recent renovation that combines traditional materials with modern styling. There is a casual restaurant downstairs.

This was a great location to visit the city. The rooms are small and you have to share a bathroom but the location and the breakfast were seriously the best ever. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are the type of people that will not be chilling in the hotel itself. Can't get a better location and I haven't had a better breakfast anywhere in Italy.

This hotel was a little hard to find by car due to one way streets and parking is difficult, so I would recommend reserving a parking space with your room reservation. Once there, though, we had a great stay. The room for 4 people is small but very comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic. The hotel also has a pizzeria downstairs which is quite good and popular. Despite the crowds at the restaurant, though, the room was very quiet and we slept very well. The location is very near the lake but just outside the center of town. You can walk pretty much anywhere in Como. The staff was very friendly and provided a map of the area and helpful suggestions regarding parking, boat schedules, and "must-see" places to visit in the area. Had a great overall experience.

Stayed for four nights with friends for a long weekend. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious with a good en-suite. On-site free parking is always good too. Breakfast was a relatively simple affair but the dining area was clean and nice to sit in. In terms of location, Palagano is a small town but there are shops a two minute walk away, a friendly bar, and beautiful scenery which is great for walks.

This hotel was nice, small rooms but that is not a problem for us. They had free wi-fi internet, a great breakfast and the staff was very pleasant. The location was ideal since it was near the pedestrian area of downtown Como and near the lake and park. The hotel offers parking for a small fee but it is better than paying street parking prices. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
