Margarita was amazing at the front desk.

Older property that needs deep cleaning. No elevator is an issue.

מיקום מעולה, צוות אדיב, ניקיון מצויין, חדר בגודל טוב מאד, חדר רחצה מודרני ומשופץ.

אין נוף אלא נוף של בנין סמוך (אולי זה מוזכר בתיאור החדר - לא זוכרת), צריך לטפס ברגל 2 קומות גבוהות וזה לא מוזכר בתיאור החדר, אין בחדר הרחצה מקום לשים את כלי הרחצה בצורה נוחה, אין מדפים לבגדים אלא רק מתלים מאד גבוהים.

Central location - ideal for getting to shops, Marina Grande etc. Great to have a fridge in the room, as well as the use of a kettle and a dining area plus free drinks, biscuits etc. Bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful and let us into our room early so we could leave our backpacks there on the first day.

Because it was central, it could also be a bit noisy at night. Rain shower didn’t work but staff were trying to get it sorted.

think twice and be aware about followings  before you book a room from here . You have to climb 70 steps - 3 floors - to reach the room. despite our consistent request for changing the room , hotel management did not accept to change the room. they offered not fixed two twin bed placed next to each other as double bed. twin beds were moving apart from each other on all movements we made while we were sleeping. the beds were exteremly uncomfortable. pillows were as thin as sheet. room was very narrow to find a space to open the luggages. The room lacked toilet paper and towel racks. The room price 300 eur per night was far above the amenities offered.

No me dieron la habitación que alquile, ducha sin cortinas, armario sin perchas, desayuno regular y no en el propio Hotel.

Posizione perfetta in pieno centro a Sorrento, personale gentilissimo ed efficiente , arredo molto piacevole : fantastico l'argano per sollevare le valiglie !

Purtroppo l'assenza di ascensore puo' essere un problema soprattutto per le stanze al terzo piano

The location was superb. And Margherita in particular was outstanding, so helpful and professional. The room was a good size

I was not warned in advance breakfast was not on offer. Although we were given tickets to visit the local cafe this is not the same as eating at the location and very disappointing. Very disappointing also is that no tea or coffee facilities were offered in the room. There was a scant selection of tea, no breakfast tea and definitely no coffee or milk. We were offered the use of the kitchen but there was no choice of tea or coffee there either. The room did not have a view and was overlooked The main overhead shower did not work
