Small room, single beds put together (uncomfortable ) and no lift

Posizione perfetta in pieno centro a Sorrento, personale gentilissimo ed efficiente , arredo molto piacevole : fantastico l'argano per sollevare le valiglie !

Purtroppo l'assenza di ascensore puo' essere un problema soprattutto per le stanze al terzo piano

The location was superb. And Margherita in particular was outstanding, so helpful and professional. The room was a good size

I was not warned in advance breakfast was not on offer. Although we were given tickets to visit the local cafe this is not the same as eating at the location and very disappointing. Very disappointing also is that no tea or coffee facilities were offered in the room. There was a scant selection of tea, no breakfast tea and definitely no coffee or milk. We were offered the use of the kitchen but there was no choice of tea or coffee there either. The room did not have a view and was overlooked The main overhead shower did not work

emplacement parfait en plein au milieu de sorrente. apres c est pas a proprement parlé un hotel, plutot un immeuble que l'on partage avec des particuliers.. bon on y va pour dormir et se promener, ca s'arrete la

comme dans tout ces immeubles anciens en Italie. aucune sonorisation aussi bien des bruits du dehors que des bruits dans l'immeuble.

Location was great and reception staff wonderful I also loved the method of moving our luggage upstairs

In our room a door between the two bedrooms would be good to install for privacy purposes

The location is good, close to the restaurants, shops and train/bus station. The room had everything we needed just that the price is a bit too high for what it offered.

When you showered the water was everywhere due to the set up but the staff was nice and brought us additional towels that they left on the floor to avoid the spreading of the water. The windows are quite old and you hear the noise from outside.
