Palazzo Starace

A group of 5 travellers. A mix of friends and family. The location of this hotel is excellent. You couldn't ask for better. Right in the centre with everything on the doorstep. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had 1 room for 2 and 1 for 3. Bed was firm but comfy I thought. Bathroom was ok in the room for 2. It was clean but had quite bad black mould around the window and on the ceiling. If this was dealt with it would look much better. Bathroom in other room was fine though and huge. Breakfast was included however you were given vouchers to use at a cafe around the corner and you could only exchange it for a drink and a croissant. Bit disappointing really. The mini bar is also just stocked with water, nothing else. Despite the minor issues we would stay here again.

El ruido en la noche. Nos molesto para dormir y en la parte que estaban las dos camas individuales hacía frío en la noche. No tenían aire acondicionado

Amabilidad, ubicacion, limpieza, medida de la habitación, tener la posibilidad dd poder dejar la mochila antes y después de la hora de entrada y salida

Gentilezza, professionalità. Camera con bellissima vista sulla via principale. In generale una bellissima esperienza.

Il bagno della camera aveva tanti piccoli difetti. Lo scarico del gabinetto funzionava ma il pulsante era parzialmente rotto. La porta della doccia si apre dal lato sbagliato. Mi era stato detto che vi era parcheggio (non mi e' stato detto che non era incluso nel prezzo), una piccola cosa, se mi fosse stato chiarito da subito che il parcheggio si pagava e non il giorno prima di arrivare sarebbe stato meglio.

Amazing location. On the central promenade of shops in Sorrento. Close to everything.

The room was huge! For a family of 4, we had more than enough room. Super quiet as well. Cozy and had such a charming appearance. I felt safe and cared for. Lucianna is the sweetest, and she uses the best smelling hand soap!

Nothing! We seriously loved staying there.
