What can I say it was like coming home after a long shift on the wards, kicking your shoes off and shouting hunny I am home. I and my late husband and mother have been going to this iconic hotel for many years. The last few years I have travelled alone.But be assured the warm caring and compassionate welcome is always there.I was very worried this time as due to poor physical health and dialysis treatment I had not been for a year. But I can honestly say I need not have worried. Everything was perfect, every help and effort was given to me. My room, perfect, kept clean and careful attention given by Angela and Imna. Amazing care by the teams on reception, the dining room, from maintenance to management I cannot praise them highly enough. Special thanks to the new guest services manager an amazing help and a credit to herself and the hotel.The food was excellent, always a good choice.Excellent breakfast , both services were smooth and well executed.I was a little unwell one evening and the immediate response from Pamela, Vannessa and Antonio was first class. I found the whole dialysis treatment abroad very taxing but made so much easier by the staff. Christina the manager has a fantastic team of people who made my experience a lot easier than it could have been.I cannot praise and thank this team enough, nothing was to much trouble. Each and every member of staff were amazing and helpful. I think this hotel rightly deserves its reputation it has.So my family Pez Espada, thank you from the bottom of my heart , this wicked welsh witch from Welsh Wales cannot praise and thank you all enough. You didn’t have to go out of your way but you did, special thanks to Manolo and the reception team both day and night, Your organisation of everything was perfect.Once again I was able to feel safe and cared for.This hotel and its teams did not have to go above and beyond to help but they did and always with a smile.Nothing I say adequately covers how I feel and how grateful I am,I can only say thank you all and every blessing for giving me a holiday experience I will never forget.Keep being you Pez Espada, iconic and so deserving of your place as one of the best hotels on the costa del sol.
